Make a tax deductible donation
Your gift will insure that Cambridge Neighbors is there for people when they need it. Help us build an organization that will serve older residents of Cambridge, Belmont, Arlington, Somerville and Watertown for many years to come. You can donate to our special programs or general operating fund:
- On the Move; a subsidized private ride program to help our members who are 80+ get to medical appointments, worship services, and consumer venues safely and independently.
- Membership Plus; a subsidized membership program for low-to-moderate income elders who need extra assistance with the annual membership fee.
- General Purpose Fund, supporting our ongoing programs and services.
- CN Endowment Fund, allowing CN to become a self-sustaining community.

Cambridge Neighbors now has a profile on the Boston Foundation's Giving Common website. The Giving Common is a detailed, online resource that connects you to in-depth information on Cambridge Neighbors. There is an online option to "donate" on our page.Go to www.givingcommon.org , type in Cambridge Neighbors in the box to the right and when the CN page appears click the donate button on the menu in the center of the page.

Set up a Charitable Remainder Trust or a Charitable Lead Trust
The United States tax code has a number of provisions that allow people to effectively provide themselves with income for life, and at the same time enjoy tax benefits. If you are comfortably situated, talk to your tax-planning attorney or investment advisor to see if these arrangements are good for you and can benefit Cambridge Neighbors.
